I thought i would give you a sneak peak into all that goes into those youtube videos!
You see, this is a fast forwarded video of the amount of effort it takes to just edit the audio to work for a YouTube video.

So far, its taken 4 hours to edit 1½ hours audio from a session. Removing most of the empty space between words. Because in that hypnotic state, speech tends to be slow and drawn out for most. It becomes so immersive, it can be difficult to form words. It takes much more effort. So those sessions you listen to, tend to be edited for listening seamlessly.

This is why, even though I love sharing these sessions that I've been given permission to share, it isnt often I get to upload one. Usually every 2 weeks at best to even months. But I am still here, even when Im not uploading like some content creators.

I have so many i want to share and I so appreciate all of you who make that possible. I believe there is so much growth and love that comes from these messages given by the higher selves and the past lives we have lived and learned from.

We are getting ready to film our next episode of "Conversations with the Higher Self" for YouTube!

At the end of each episode, we take the opportunity to ask questions gathered from the comments of YouTube and Facebook.

We have some gathered from the previous video but have room for a few more!
If you wanted to ask the Higher Self something but haven't had the opportunity, what would you ask? Is there a burning topic you've wanted to know about? animals, certain origins of physical illness, places, relationship dynamics? etc

(Please keep in mind these cannot be a "Can you heal this for me?" type of question.) But if you are wondering WHAT causes a certain type of problem or how it might be fixed or helped, that is fine.

This one is different from the other sessions I have uploaded.

This session was created for the purpose of listening to it while you sleep, or while you are falling asleep. Calling in the Higher self during this hypnotic process. We use this session to request healing and assistance from the higher self. Bringing in that deeper connection from mind, body and spirit. While bringing all parts of self together. Working with the ego, the conscious and the unconscious mind, as well as the Higher Self.

I have created this with the intention of healing through the night and waking up in a stat of peace. Releasing and resolving old, stuck emotions and patterns. and giving much attention to each area within the body. It would also be beneficial for you to take a moment before falling asleep, while listening to this, to call forth your higher self and set that intention as well. This client went on to experience a life as a caveman! Not one, but two lives lived in this prehistoric time. You get to hear the inner workings of a mind where basic survival was key. This session was truly one of a kind and done soon after I first started facilitating QHHT sessions.

In this session, Kaylah goes back to a life that has a much darker past than she at first understands. It was already sinister and dark to her, but the Higher Self has much more to say about what was really going on. Throughout the session the real reason she was experiencing pain in her body in this current life comes to light... Black magic.

Though she was not the one to partake in the magic, nor did she have any knowledge of it, in this life or that one, that does not mean we cannot be affected by it. I share this session to show that what we say and do are so very important; words and actions have power.
