Morning Pointe Senior Living Executive Directors from across all 42 communities gathered for our annual conference — a time to reconnect, strengthen our leadership, and align our vision for the year ahead. 💚🏡

Together, our EDs explored new strategies in hospitality, resident experience, associate engagement, clinical excellence, and operational best practices. They shared successes, tackled challenges, and left inspired to lead their teams with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

A special thank-you to our guest speakers, partners, and the Morning Pointe Home Office teams who helped make this event meaningful and energizing. 🌟

🎄🎲Elf Gift Exchange was a huge hit! 🎲🎄

The room was full of laughter, big smiles, and festive cheer as everyone joined in on the fun. Our residents gathered around the table, each picking out a gift and taking turns rolling the Elf Dice to see what happened next — dancing for 5 seconds to keep their gift, swapping with the tallest person at the table, keeping their gift, or shuffling all the presents into the middle for a fresh start.

It was pure holiday joy from beginning to end, and we loved seeing everyone enjoy the moment together. ❤️✨

🎄✨ What a festive week here at Morning Pointe of Athens! ✨🎄

We had the best time riding through the Sweetwater Christmas Parade — our residents soaked up every minute of the lights, laughter, and holiday cheer. 💚🎅❤️ It was the perfect way to kick off the season!

And their holiday spirit didn’t stop there. Our residents volunteered their time to go Christmas caroling at Life Care Center of Athens, sharing joy, music, and big smiles with everyone they met. Seeing them still able to get out, give back, and share their talents is something we cherish.

A special shoutout to our resident Bob, who dressed up as Santa and posed for photos afterward — he was a hit! 🎅📸
It was truly an afternoon filled with joy, excitement, and the warm spirit of the season. ❤️
