Today’s spotlight is on homemade bread pudding, prepared using a recipe straight from our very own Ruthie. It’s a perfect example of the love, care, and homemade goodness our food service team pours into every meal. Comforting, meaningful, and made with heart — just the way food should be. 💛

💛🤝 During the month of January, we held a cold-weather coat drive and were grateful to deliver donations to Grace and Mercy and their warming center/shower bus. Our residents truly enjoyed the opportunity to give back and help neighbors in need.

Each month, Morning Pointe of Athens also prepares enough food for those in need, and we invite a few residents to come along and help fold silverware. Seeing their hearts for service — and the pride they take in making a difference — is a true joy. We’re thankful to be part of a community that cares for one another. 💙

Our communities are leaning into this month’s theme, Wrap Our Building in Love, with activities centered around connection, kindness, and time spent together. We’re also continuing our Year of Flavor journey through Morning Pointe in Motion, with a virtual stop in Hershey, Pennsylvania. 🍫

This month’s calendar includes celebrations like Food Service Appreciation, the Super Bowl, Valentine’s Day, Presidents Day, Mardi Gras, National Caregivers Day, and Letter to an Elder Day, along with plenty of daily activities and gatherings. 🍽️ 🏈 🎭 💌
