Quinn Schmalenberg, LMT Licensed Massage Therapist, practicing for 9 years I have been a practicing LMT since my graduation from the Hocking College Massage Therapy program in 2015.

As a dancer, I became interested in anatomy and physiology early on and have found massage therapy fulfilling on many levels. Throughout my bodywork career she has gained additional insight into pain relief through employment with a chiropractor, as well as working in a medical massage office. I employ a fusion of western kinesiology and eastern mindfulness in my practice to address the needs of clients suffering from chronic pain as well as those experiencing the stresses of a demanding life. I have found much success in the use of trigger point, deep tissue, and myofascial release techniques for relief of sciatica and shoulder problems, cranio-sacral techniques for headaches and sinus issues, as well as general Swedish massage for relaxation.
