I talk to so many women who often give me the same lines....they go like this 👇
👉”I’m not motivated enough to workout.”
👊Nobody is. You just have to do anyway.
👉”by the end of the day, I’m too exhausted.”
👊Try getting up earlier. Do it first, you’ll have more energy the rest of the day.
👉”I just don’t have the time.”
👊you do have the time. You’re just not “making” the time. Do you want Netflix? Play games? Scroll social media? Yea? I thought so. Workout instead.
You have to create your own motivation. A great pre workout also helps 😉
Life is busy. We are all tired. Nobody is ever excited to workout. For instance, I HATE brushing my teeth. Why? I have no idea. It’s 4 minutes of my day, but I dread it. Guess what though? To have healthy teeth and gums, I HAVE TO! So I just do it.
Think of your workout the same way. It literally can add years to your life. Why doesn’t everyone want that?! I know I sure do! I have babies to raise, another one to give birth to, and hopefully future grand babies to chase! So for them, I’ll put myself first for 30 minutes a day! 😘
