I talk to so many women who often give me the same lines....they go like this 👇

👉”I’m not motivated enough to workout.”
👊Nobody is. You just have to do anyway.

👉”by the end of the day, I’m too exhausted.”
👊Try getting up earlier. Do it first, you’ll have more energy the rest of the day.

👉”I just don’t have the time.”
👊you do have the time. You’re just not “making” the time. Do you want Netflix? Play games? Scroll social media? Yea? I thought so. Workout instead.

You have to create your own motivation. A great pre workout also helps 😉

Life is busy. We are all tired. Nobody is ever excited to workout. For instance, I HATE brushing my teeth. Why? I have no idea. It’s 4 minutes of my day, but I dread it. Guess what though? To have healthy teeth and gums, I HAVE TO! So I just do it.

Think of your workout the same way. It literally can add years to your life. Why doesn’t everyone want that?! I know I sure do! I have babies to raise, another one to give birth to, and hopefully future grand babies to chase! So for them, I’ll put myself first for 30 minutes a day! 😘

With all the chaos of moving, I had 4 days in a row of no actual workouts. Tons of fast food garbage, and man did I feel awful 😖😖

The food may be good, but I do not like how eating it consistently makes me feel. My body craved my workouts, and it wanted to be moved.

No I wasn’t always like this. I never worked out at all until my late 20’s. Your body gets used to what you give it. Treat it well, and you’ll feel a HUGE difference in energy, confidence, and overall drive for life.

Starting is hard, but you just have to do it. Make that one simple decision to be better. To do better. To live healthier.

Most days are workouts are smooth sailing....other days....well....toddlers 🤣🤣
Constant demand for snacks, walking around, afraid he will get hit with swinging weights. 😬😬 he sure is cute though 😍

At the end of the day, there’s still no place I’d rather workout than with my little family. I still get the workout done, I still get amazing results, and I know I’m teaching my kids important lessons.

One positive thing about me, consistency has always been a strong character of mine.

I started my workout journey in September of 2017. I’ve never stopped once. I only took time off for vacations, mainly because my vacations have all been full of activity.

At times I was disappointed in my progress to gain weight. At times I was mad it wasn’t happening as fast as I wanted it to. My nutrition has fallen off course more times than I can count. (Food is obviously a weakness of mine 🤪)

But. I. Never. Stopped.

I think that’s what makes me a good coach. It makes me dependable. You know you can count on me to keep showing up for you. To help you get back up when you fall off.

Hitting 14 weeks of pregnancy tomorrow, and even that hasn’t stopped me.

This post isn’t to brag. This is to show you that you can trust me. You can count on me. I’ll always be here for you. I love my community I’ve built, they have become such close friends, and it’s been amazing to watch.

So, when you think of your January goals to lose weight, to feel better, or hit the gym. Please remember me. I help virtually with workouts, nutrition plans, (no cutting food groups here!) meal plans, guidance, and support.
It’s cheaper than a gym membership, and easier too if you have younger kids.

Fit pregnancy...because NOT working out is even more unhealthy for the baby. 👊

Tomorrow makes 13 weeks that we’ve worked out together. Ryden always tells me, “mommy, I bet the baby thinks there’s an earthquake in there” 😂

I actually felt worse if I took a rest day. My nausea would be out of hand, and I felt so much more exhausted. I talked to my doctor, and she said as long as I feel good, there’s no reason I can’t do it. I hit it hard 6 days a week, then 1 day of yoga/stretching. It’s been the perfect mix for us!

This is the first pregnancy that I’ve worked out, and so far everything has been easier. I feel good about continuing to strengthen everything, in hopes for an easier delivery.

My point being, if you plan on having a baby soonish, I highly recommend getting into a workout routine NOW! You’ll thank me later when you’re pregnant 😉 I wish I had been smarter with my other two. And if you’re already pregnant, do not start a new workout routine without your doctors approval.

Thank you to the Brandi on the left for being brave enough to start my day 1 without knowing what to fully expect.

Thank you, for committing to build your business, even though you had no idea where to begin.

Thank you, for making workouts a priority, that led you to being the most happy, and confident self at 36.

Thank you, for always showing up, even though you were tired from mom life.

Thank you, for trusting the process, and having faith that it would all work out.

Thank you, for having the courage to go outside of the norm, and do what makes you happy.

Thank you, for saying yes to the tools that helps you manage your anxiety.

Thank you, for never giving up, even when it was hard.

I think sometimes people think with me being a coach, I can make you start taking care of you. I can’t. YOU have to WANT it.

🚫Stop telling yourself you’re too tired.

🚫Stop telling yourself you worked all day.

🚫Stop telling yourself you can’t find the time.

👊You’re tired because you AREN’T taking care of you.

👊Rearrange your schedule, and workout BEFORE work.

👊If you want it that bad, you’ll MAKE the time.

I know the thought of working out in December sucks, but with 2020 the way it is, the workouts are the ONE thing I look forward to each day.

30 minutes to help clear my head
Relieves my stress
Gives me more energy for the rest of the day

I also can’t imagine what state my mental health would be at right now if I wasn’t exercising. I am completely off of my meds since being pregnant, and this gives me that boost of happy endorphins that I really need.

Sure, you can wait until January like a lot of people do, but why?

Start now, and already start the year feeling better. You can still enjoy your Christmas goodies because it won’t derail your progress.

I’ll teach you how to enjoy al the things, yet still get the results your chasing ❤️

When people ask what you want for Christmas, why not say the gift of health? Invest in YOU! It’s not a purchase you’ll ever regret and I’ll be here to help you every step of the way!

I eventually just got sick of myself, and sick do feeling like I did. ⁣
