Granny's Bloomers Granny’s Bloomers like LiveMusicAthensGA is a paradigm shift in how things are done.

The focus is in helping people in our local communities.with gardening, fruit and vegetable or flowers. People are living longer and many are getting past the time when they are able to continue working in their garden. Granny’s Bloomers is a volunteer based organization of younger people who go to the people’s gardens and help with the gardening, taking away knowledge of gardening gained from the elderly gardeners, a share of the bounty (food or flowers), and the satisfaction of helping others and creating a stronger community of people . The elderly get the therapy of getting outside in the garden again, interaction with others, instead of being closed in, and their share of the bounty.
