AWAKENING HIGHER STATES OF CONSCIOUSNESS
Saturday, April 11th @ 3pm - 4:30pm at Revolution Therapy & Yoga

Learn simple practices for reaching the transcendent realms through mystical mantra, chakra clearing, breath, and meditation.
Tune in to the spiritual presence and touch the transcendental soul. Dive into guided meditations and holy mantras that awaken deeper realization. Bask in soul-stirring music, explore profound states of consciousness, and look into the Essential Nature of Life.

Brian Lottman, a wandering monk, has held hundreds of “satsangs” at yoga studios, churches, and spiritual centers across the US and Canada. Satsang is an immersion into higher states of consciousness through energy healing, mystical mantra, sweet harmonium music, and guided meditation.

Meg Wilson is accepting new clients!

Hi! I’m Meg. I specialize in working with neurodivergent clients, including those with no formal diagnosis, particularly autistic people, individuals with ADHD, and couples with mixed neurotypes. I am interested in exploring erotic embodiment, somatic interventions, sensate focus, expressive arts, and art therapy with clients. I work with a variety of needs, such as navigating non-traditional relationship structures, anxiety, depression, self-actualization, low desire, identity development, dysphoria, and the way grief can interplay with these needs. I will facilitate these explorations through a humanistic, feminist, and systems-oriented lens.

I am currently accepting clients. I can accept private pay, Cigna, BCBS and Aetna. You can email me at meg.re.wil@gmail.com to set up an appointment.

I am excited to share a new group that will start January 25th. Parents Talk Puberty is a donation-based offering or free for anyone with a Revolution Therapy and Yoga membership.
January's topic will be "Human Growth & Self-Compassion". We will focus on the science of human growth and development, the unique timelines of every individual, and how this impacts self-esteem. We will include self-compassion tools for parents.
Parents Talk Puberty is a monthly group for parents focused on topics related to growth, self-esteem, and relationships. Meetings are held on Sundays from 1 to 3 p.m., beginning January 25th.

Led by Nicole Bechill and Jesslyn Sheilds, we are both MSW graduate students and parents. We are interested in creating a supportive space for parents who would like to discuss ways to support their child (and themselves) as they navigate puberty. We will explore various themes with a short lecture, then dig into the topic. Allowing reflective time to grow compassion and learn more about this incredible (and sometimes challenging) moment in the human experience.
We are looking forward to sharing this space with you!
Nicole & Jesslyn
P.S. We have a survey about potential topics for this offering. I would greatly appreciate community input.
