To help mitigate the risk to our community, customers, and staff, Apple Tree will be following the recommendations of the Health Department and the CDC for social distancing to help decrease the exposure and spread of COVID-19.
We understand that our products and services are critical to the health and wellness of our community. Our desire is to continue to make these available to you during this time, while still adhering to the recommendations and guidelines of our public health organizations.
Therefore, we will be switching to operating only on call ahead orders effective Weds, March 18th.
We will work with you over the phone to insure you get the products you are looking for.
Please be patient with us as we learn how to best serve you with this temporary system. We appreciate your understanding during this challenging time. This was not an easy decision to make, but we honestly feel it is in the best interest of all concerned. Thank you as always for your support of Apple Tree. We will get through this together, and we will always be here for you!
Procedures to follow-
1) Call in your order (423-507-9000) along with:
-name
-call back number
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
-Pay over the phone with credit card
-Cash (total given to you over the phone, please pay exact change or let us know what you will be paying so we can bring change with us)
2) Please call when you’ve arrived and we will bring your purchases to you
We will not allow customers inside the store at this time. We will also not allow returns at this time but will extend the return policy as needed.
