With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Vickie Horton.

Vickie and her husband, the late William (Bill) Horton Jr., were longtime owners of Horton’s Drug Store before selling the pharmacy in 2012. During their years of ownership, they helped continue the tradition of caring for the Athens community and serving generations of families.

Their legacy will always remain part of the history of Horton’s Drug Store and the people it has served.
