You don’t have to be a doctor to save a life. You just need a few simple skills. 💪

Here are 3 quick & easy ways YOU can step in during an emergency:

1️⃣ Hands-Only CPR – Call 911 and push hard & fast in the center of the chest (100–120 beats per minute) until help arrives. No breaths needed.

2️⃣ Stop the Bleed – Apply firm, direct pressure to the wound with both hands. If bleeding doesn’t stop, use a tourniquet high and tight.

3️⃣ Heimlich Maneuver – If someone is choking and can’t breathe, stand behind them, place your fist just above their belly button, and give quick inward and upward thrusts until the object is expelled.

Emergencies don’t schedule themselves… but you can schedule your training.
