Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas filled with love, peace, and joy!!! Recipe below! This makes a wonderful Christmas dessert—easily doubled or tripled for a crowd, and it can be made ahead and reheated in the oven.

Stacey’s Classic Cinnamon Butter Apple Dessert
Ingredients
• 10 apples, cored and quartered
• 1 stick grass-fed butter
• 3 teaspoons cinnamon
• Salt (to taste)

Directions
1. Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet or Dutch oven.
2. Add apples and stir to coat.
3. Sprinkle in cinnamon and salt.
4. Cook 15–25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender.
5. Cooking it uncovered allows the apples to get a nice sear.

The finishing touch: So Delicious Cocoa Whip—organic coconut cream, only 2g of sugar. You’re welcome.😁
