Over time, poor posture may be caused by habits from everyday activities such as sitting in office chairs, staring at the computer, caring for small children, or even sleeping. Poor posture can easily become second nature, causing and aggravating episodes of back and neck pain and damaging spinal structures. Fortunately, the main factors affecting posture and ergonomics are completely within one's ability to control and are not difficult to change.

Not sure what kind of trouble Pickles is looking for today, but he’s in danger if he knocks the decorations off the tree. (Renee tends to get a bit picky about our Christmas decor 😂)

Pickles the Elf is out of quarantine! We found him climbing the shoulder finger ladder to get a better view of the clinic, no doubt planning his next move!

Meet Pickles the Elf, our newest addition to our physical therapy team! He is finishing up the last day of his mandatory quarantine and will be making mischief in the clinic soon enough.
