Lora Boggs has been the friendly face greeting patients at our Jackson office since 2018! She wears many hats at the practice—serving as our receptionist, physician liaison, and insurance expert. Lora spends time visiting local physicians’ offices to share information about hearing loss and solutions, and she works hard behind the scenes to help patients navigate insurance and billing questions.

When she’s not at the office, Lora loves spending time with her adult children—whether that means a fun weekend getaway or just grabbing coffee together. ☕

Meet the Staff: Maui 🐾

Maui joined the Diles Hearing Center team about 1 year ago, and while his official job title is still a little unclear, he takes his role very seriously.
Maui mostly works remotely (from home), but when he does stop by the office, he’s always happy to greet the team and make sure everything is running smoothly.
When he’s not hard at work, you can usually find him chasing tennis balls.
We can’t say he’s the most productive employee… but he is definitely the cutest.

Meet the Staff!
Dr. Bethany Gonczy joined the Diles Hearing Center team in 2011 and loved the practice so much that she purchased it in 2014. She is passionate about helping our friends and neighbors hear their very best and spends many hours reviewing patient experiences and outcomes to continually improve care.
Dr. Gonczy currently sees patients part-time while also focusing on running the practice, and she is still accepting new patients.
Outside the office, she enjoys life with her husband, their two teenage daughters, and far too many pets! 🐾

We are officially out of seats for next week’s lunch & listen event. Why is this event so popular? Well, it’s a very cool test drive- not to mention the great food! We program a pair of hearing aids specifically for your hearing loss, and you wear them through lunch. Usually, this lasts about two hours total… Just depends on how much fun you’re having! It’s a really great opportunity to put some new technology to the test with no obligation.

Diles Hearing Center began in 1949 and has been privately owned since. Now serving Athens, Chillicothe, and Jackson, Ohio, our Doctors of Audiology strive to make sure that our clients are hearing the best that they can!
