🧡 Calling all Warriors!
Our friends at South Milledge Baptist Church—one of our biggest community supporters—need some helping hands this Saturday, October 12th at 12:30 PM to unload pumpkins and set up for their fall event! 🎃

If you need community service hours, they’ll be signing forms. But more than that—it’s a great chance to give back and fill your spirit while supporting a place that gives so much to others. 💪

Let’s show up and represent the Warrior spirit! 🙌

Here is some helpful info
* parking is around the back of the church
* there is also a parking lot on the right side of the church as you face it
(go around back to access)
* we unload rain or shine or cold, so please dress appropriately for the weather :)

Join us for a powerful day of community, connection, and support as we honor our veterans through:

This event is FREE and open to the community, and every bit of support helps us continue providing veterans with essentials like food, housing assistance, clothing, treatment cost support, and camaraderie-building activities that change lives.

🌟 Community Warriors, we need your love and support. 🌟

Baby Catherine has been bravely fighting for her life at CHOA for nearly two months. She continues to battle for stability and is now awaiting further procedures to determine if she can be placed on the donor transplant list for a new heart. 💔

Her mother has not left her side at the hospital, while her father—the family’s sole provider—remains at home caring for their three other children. On top of the emotional and financial strain, this family is also committed to maintaining their sobriety during this incredibly difficult time.

One of the biggest challenges they face right now is simply keeping meals on the table. This is something we, as a community, can help lighten. ❤️

Let’s come together and rally around this sweet family the way only warriors can. Your support—whether through providing meals, donations, or sharing this post—makes a real difference.

It’s almost time for our 5th Annual Veterans Field Day! 💪🇺🇸

Join us on Saturday, November 15th from 10 AM – 2 PM at Pittard Park in Winterville, GA for a day of fitness, fun, and remembrance.

✨ This year’s event will feature:

Field Day Games for all ages

Yoga in the Park

Memorial Workout Competition (as part of the games)

Food & protein shakes to keep everyone fueled

This is more than just a fun day in the park — it’s a chance to honor our veterans and raise support for Recovery Warriors programs that provide veterans with:

Treatment and medical cost assistance

Help with bills, utilities, food, and housing

Clothing and basic needs

Community and camaraderie through fitness, art, music, and wellness activities

💛 This event is free for the community — all are welcome!
