A Legend: an extremely famous or notorious person, especially in a particular field. Legends have been around for a while. They’re experienced in life, wise – many times “have seen it all”.

We are happy to announce our newest addition to the schedule- CFA LEGENDS! Do you need any experience? Absolutely not! If you’re looking for a fitness class to help with independence and mobility that’s specifically for people ages 55 and up, then this is the class for you!

Classes start April 6th!
