It’s that time again! Our 3rd annual Coach’s Open is here and we hope you’ve been nice to them 😈

Every Friday from Jan 16- Feb 13 a team of our coaching staff will be programming a CrossFit Open style workout. Not only is it an opportunity to test your fitness, but it’s also an opportunity for our coaches to practice writing workouts. Win win, right?

Coach BJ is bringing a little variety to your schedule!

Next Friday, we’ll host the inaugural Worship WOD! Coach BJ will give a short devotional and the lead you guys through a warm up and workout with worship music. This class will still be an hour long and is already on the schedule so go reserve your spot!
