Our Story
Studio108 centers are the only Dhamma Vinyasa studios in the US. The original physical practice of yoga conditioned the body and mind for long periods of seated meditation. Dhamma Vinyasa seeks to return to these original concepts and at the same time allow the practitioner to engage every bone, muscle and sinew in a fun, flowing healthy practice.
Dhamma Vinyasa emphasizes structure and relaxation to create a body flowing with vitality. With postures based on
classical Ashtanga Yoga the movements flow with the breath and create a stability and grace that permeates every aspect of your life.
Dhamma Vinyasa utilizes the relaxation methods of Vipassana meditation to bring clarity to the mind and a create a new you that shrugs stress off like a pro.
