We celebrated National Employee Appreciation Day at Avir at Athens! 🎉



Our team enjoyed delicious burgers, chips, and fun drinks while spending time together and celebrating the amazing staff who care for our residents every day. A big thank you to Hospice Plus for providing the food and cooking for us. We truly appreciate your support and partnership! ❤️



It was a wonderful way to recognize the hardworking team that makes Avir at Athens such a special place.

Avir at Athens kicked off our very first Garden Club meeting today! 🌱💚
Residents had a wonderful time planting seeds, getting their hands in the soil, and starting something new together. We’re excited to watch these little gardens grow!

Stop by Tractor Supply in Athens before 3 PM and grab a $10 burger plate while supporting a great cause. Donations of pet supplies are also being accepted to help those in need in our community.

Game on! 🏐💜💛💚 Our residents brought their A-game for a fun volleyball tournament as the Avir Avengers took on Advanced Rehab! After an exciting match, everyone enjoyed king cake, Mardi Gras dress-up, and lots of festive fun.

A big thank you to Arc Hospice for helping organize and support this amazing event!

The entire team came together to create a unique and lively Valentine’s Day celebration for our residents at Avir at Athens! ❤️✨

With food, fun, and fellowship, every department contributed to making the day unforgettable. HR, BOM, Maintenance, and Admissions helped transform the dining room with festive decorations. At the same time, Activities led by Dondra did a stellar job pulling everything together, with support from our nurses and nurse aides.

A special thank you to Administrator Mark for bringing in the live band, which filled the room with music, joy, and dancing. Residents and families were truly blessed by the energy and love shared throughout the celebration, and that’s Jack enjoying a dance with Nurse Tanya! 💃🕺

We appreciate every team member who helped make this Valentine’s event so meaningful for our Athens family.
