The first question I usually get asked is "What do you eat?" One of the first things I recommend to my nutrition clients is a food journal. Write everything down! Everything! Even the handful of goldfish you swiped from your kid! :) Sometimes we eat without thinking about what we're really putting into our mouths. Writing it down forces us to be aware. Want to try it with me? I'll be posting exactly what I ate the previous week every Sunday. I'm also going to post the recipes that accompany the meals. And yes, I do eat ice cream! :)
