I officially went over 100 likes on my Page! I wanted to thank everyone for the support and the follows! I also really would like to welcome my husband Isaac to Rise Again. He is a certified assertiveness life coach. He can work with anyone on learning to speak up for yourself and become more assertive in setting boundaries so you can achieve a healthy balance in your relationships. As individuals, we all have needs that sometimes our parents couldn’t meet. Whether they were straight up abusive or just unaware of what their children needed doesn’t matter. What matters is we bring the awareness to the forefront so we can transcend and heal them.

Our Story

As a little girl, I repressed a lot of emotional trauma. I was not raised in a way that suited my needs as an individual. Growing up and finding a soulmate who challenges me everyday to grow and be the best version of myself possible has opened my eyes to the world of healing. Sometimes we don’t realize just how deep our wounds run until we start investigating them deeply. As I heal and let go of the things that hurt me as a child, I have discovered that I am healing many other issues in my life that I didn’t even realize were related.

I have always had this connection with sharing my learning experiences with people and helping them bring things to their awareness that they may not have even realized. So Rise Again Life Coaching was born. I am here to help anyone; male or female, young or old to reach their truest potential in life through the healing of old stories.

We will explore your triggers, your pain, your blockages, areas of your life where you just can’t seem to figure out how to grow. We will dig deep. It may be messy. It may be painful. But we will embrace the pain and use it as a tool for growth.
