Research published in the Journal of the American Medical Association found that almost everyone between ages 40–76 had some type of rotator cuff “abnormality” on a MRI, even people with no shoulder pain.

Just like we get wrinkles on the outside as we age, we also get changes on the inside.

➡️ An MRI finding doesn’t automatically mean something is “wrong” or that surgery is needed.
➡️ Pain is complex and movement, strength, and function matter.
