Luke’s Wings was honored to be part of the Georgia Hospice and Palliative Care Organization’s Veteran Conference — a day of learning and connection with Veteran Service Organizations that support local Veterans and their communities.

Mackenzie Yaede, representing Luke’s Wings, had the privilege of speaking about our Veterans in Hospice Transportation Assistance Program (H.T.A.P.). Through this program, Luke’s Wings provides flights for the loved ones of Veterans in hospice care, ensuring loved ones can be bedside for their Hero’s final moments. 💙

The Veterans we serve through H.T.A.P. have proudly defended our nation in World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Gulf War, and beyond. We are honored to offer a final salute to every generation of Heroes who have served our Nation.

A heartfelt thank you to GHPCO for hosting this meaningful event and for your ongoing commitment to caring for those who served.
