Energy Works ATL is a holistic family center created by a mother trying to do her best as the main caregiver for two young daughters and a husband fighting Parkinson’s disease. Navigating the hardest years of my life was only possible through many different tools…tools that were often hard to find, costly, and scattered across different places. I wanted to change that.
That’s why I created a space where families can access everything they need in one spot, at an affordable rate, in a loving and respectful environment. For me, good mental health isn’t just about therapy; it’s about having access to community, healing practices, and support that care for the whole person. Energy Works ATL is my way of making sure no family has to go through the struggle of searching alone.
