Four Years Strong — Happy Anniversary, Shenna!

Shenna Scott Heyward is the Social Services Director in skilled nursing. When Shenna joined the team, she was one of the first employees to grace the space. She brought with her compassion, excitement and 45 years of experience. Shenna has been nominated for Social Worker of the Year for the State of Georgia eleven times and has won this honor twice. Today, Shenna is an integral part of the smooth transitions for our members in Skilled Rehabilitation. You can still hear her excitement and feel her compassion after four years at the Terraces.

We are hiring our next Director of Culinary Services. The Director of Culinary Services is responsible for supervising, planning, and coordinating all food production and F&B services of the hospitality division within the Peachtree Hills Place community; including kitchens, bakeries, restaurants, and all retail food venues. This individual assists with planning, development, coordination and implementation of programs such as catering and alcohol distribution, maintaining multiple sales office operations, handling sales and development office-related functions while ensuring an efficient office/department atmosphere.

We are hiring our next Activities Director! The Activities Director is responsible for selecting, training, supervising and evaluating activity coordinators, valet, concierge, transportation and the community IT Coordinator. This position plans, coordinates and directs a robust program of social, physical and environmental activities with the intent of including all Members in areas of lifestyle activity. This individual will develop and maintain relationships with lecturers, volunteers, community resources, performers, etc. who can provide programming for our Members. They will also publicize events, programs, activities, etc. and manage the electronic technology that communicates information. Additionally, this individual will oversee the Peachtree Hills Place Croquet Club Program.
