You will not be getting wet. The bath part is truly sound-oriented. The best part of a sound bath is you don’t have to DO anything. It’s something you allow to wash over you. This is ok for pregnant people, people with injuries, and literally anyone.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Whether you’re in Atlanta or across the globe, you can expect anything on the spectrum of spiritual and healing. You might have seen those big singing bowls but there is also sound healing with tuning forks, tuning pipes, gongs, rain sticks, chimes, and more. There will be an introduction to sound therapy, a sound bath journey ( sound bowl, tuning pipes, chimes, rain stick) and a guided tuning fork demonstration for attendees. Here you will learn about the power of tuning forks and the best body placement positions for healing.

WHAT TO BRING:
A yoga mat for those who wish to participate in stretching or something comfortable to lay on the ground on. You’re welcome to use pillows, blankets, eye masks, socks, and anything else that will help you feel a sense of ease. Water is important to drink after, the soundbath is good for releasing energy blockages & toxins – and water helps move it out.

Good friends are hard to find, harder to leave, and impossible to forget!!!
This beautiful being and I go waaaayyyyy back. She’s still the fiery, fun loving spirit I knew back in elementary school. I’m grateful for you in many ways and it’s so dope the we can connect through something that we had no idea we would love as adults! Let’s keep doing this work to heal the world 🪄 💫 ❤️

Crystal bowls are great but my specialty are tuning forks. And the thing with these forms of healing modalities… it’s not one time thing to experience and notice a change (some do but most don’t) Consistency is key. Think about if you are really sick and you only take the recommended medication once, you won’t really notice a difference. The same is with vibrational medicine. Most ppl should get into a habit of incorporating it into your life as you would food. It has a nutritional component to the physical and metaphysical self.

Hello friends! Are you ready for an evening of community and connection? If so, you’re in the right place.

Please join me, Zen, and Heidi for this special evening as we come together in ritual and sacred ceremony to honor the plant medicine of cacao. This will be an experience of sound healing + vibrational medicine through crystal singing bowls and tuning forks with our healers.

Happening October 7th at 7:30 pm in Marietta, GA. This session will take around 1.5 - 2 hours but may go slightly over.

The cacao will be prepared and infused with love and intention. We will then drink it in ceremony, setting our intentions for the night. After drinking the cacao, we will receive a sound bath with crystal singing bowls and tuning forks along with guided meditation.

Our intention is to hold space for you to connect with yourself, the community, and the higher vibration of love through these modalities.

Our spaces are limited to 10 people so that we can create an intimate setting for this special experience.

We hope you'll join us for this unique opportunity to journey inward and receive the healing vibrations of cacao, sound, and community.

It’s foraging season and wild medical herbs can be found in many common places. Just in the median along the side of the road, in rural GA, I found Horseweed, Wormwood and St. John’s wart—(not shown). I would be weary of picking herbs on the side of the road in an urban area because of higher chances of toxicity & contamination. In more urban areas I’d say go about 40-50ft away from the highway to harvest. If you do ‘urban forage harvesting’ I would suggest external use only of the plants.

(1) I studied and discovered the truth for myself (2) I practiced and applied what I learned (3) I pass the knowledge on to others what I already embraced. ~~~ It took me almost a decade to get to a point where I was comfortable enough to share the information I’ve attained. Truth be told, the only person I truly hope receives anything I have to share is my daughter… recently realizing she & the future generations are who and why I spent years preparing.~~~
