The number one mistake I see after a facelift is ignoring recovery.

Surgery is only part of the process. How you take care of yourself after plays a major role in how you heal and how your results look long term.

That means proper rest, good sleep with your head elevated, and paying attention to what you’re putting into your body. An anti-inflammatory diet can make a real difference.

And just as important , don’t rush back into work, workouts, or your normal routine too quickly. Give your body the time it needs.

The better you recover, the better your results.
