We start from the hips and rise to just beneath the bra strap because the womb is not the only part that needs support. The hips, spine, and abdominal wall all work together to realign, stabilize, and restore after birth.

Each wrap offers grounding for the pelvis, closure for the core, and containment for the spirit. 🕊️
The nodding (tying) of the Bengkung isn’t random, it’s an act of intention, sealing energy and protection with every pull & knot.

Four women.
Thirty-six sacred hours.
One divine calling.

This weekend was one for the books — short-staffed, a birth unfolding in real time, four students shifted to December’s class & yet, spirit never missed a beat.

What could’ve been chaos became harmony.
What could’ve been stress became ceremony.
Because when the ancestors align it, even four women can carry the strength of eight. 💫

They showed up with intention, grace, and power. They moved in rhythm with spirit, spoke life into one another, and carried the same song in their souls: the ancestors are still here, guiding our hands.

They are Ancestral Harmony 💙✨ a reflection of balance, remembrance, and divine timing.
Each of them walked through this weekend embodying ancestral healing, sacred sisterhood, and the heart of birthwork …proof that birthwork isn’t just a skill, it’s an ancestral calling.

Through the guidance of and , and instructors & .vanessa__ these women completed a sacred journey in full-spectrum doula education — rooted in ancestral medicine, birth and postpartum support, fertility and loss, advocacy, emergency preparedness, and spiritual alignment.
