Hello Beautiful Women,

We all get into our little bubbles. We keep our heads down, and we keep going. Especially as women, we often find ourselves caring for so many and forgetting our own self-care.

Taking a moment to reconnect and connect with others does wonders for our outlook and helps our spirits soar.

We love giving you opportunities to slow down, practice yoga, and connect with the community. In fact, it is what we are all about!

Jasmine of Atlanta Birthwork has thoughtfully designed Pause, “ A Wise Women’s Selfcare Workshop, to allow you the chance to do just that. By combining yoga and flower arranging, you will have a walk-away feeling of renewal and have the perfect reminder to continue blooming! This event takes place on Sunday, October 12th, 1-2:30 pm

Here is what to expect: For the woman in transition—menopause, perimenopause, or simply ready to slow down.

Join us for a sacred pause. In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll spend 55 minutes in restorative yoga, designed to honor your changing rhythms. Sip soothing tea and cucumber water as you unwind. Then, gather fresh blooms and create your own bouquet — a grounding ritual to give yourself the flowers you deserve.

We’ll close with gentle affirmations and herbal offerings, supporting you through the season you’re in. Because this phase of life isn’t an ending — it’s a becoming.

The morning Mysore crew took themselves out for a service project . Our studio manager and Astanga teacher gathered her students and went out to make a difference.

The big reveal part two! Next retreat destination Costa Rica!!

Our “escaping the ordinary’ retreat is going to tick all the boxes- of that you can be sure! Along with daily yoga sessions, you will spend your time exploring the peninsula’s spectacular beaches, snorkeling in calm coves, going turtle-, dolphin-, or whale-watching, and kayaking through lush mangroves. You can also choose to spend time in the gardens, swinging lazily in a hammock while watching squirrel monkeys leap from branch to branch overhead.

We are heading up and we can’t wait!!!

The name Nereus is inspired by a figure from Greek mythology, representing our journey together as “pebbles on the path.” It’s a beautiful reminder of the shared experiences that bring us closer.

We had the best time for our Weekend in the woods.

Retreats are about so much more than yoga. They are the perfect place to be a kid again and laugh till your belly hurts.

We can’t wait for our next one in Spain October 28th-November 3rd.

Life can get serious and yoga retreats don’t have to be.
