# Distribution and Sensibilization # #
The production of COVID-19 vaccines shines out the problem for biopharmaceutical companies and regulatory agencies. Given that one or more vaccines are licensed, several mechanisms to guide their ethical delivery remain debatable. However, even though intensive parallel efforts are on-going to increase supply, there is no assurance that sufficient supply will be available to everyone in just a short time. The need for temperature-controlled storage of some vaccines to prevent infections to patients with underlying conditions is also troublesome.

After analyzing most health care systems, it is profoundly clear that the lack of preventive measures, poorly built data structures, rising social inequalities coupled with centuries of socioeconomic neglect have generated deep health disparities. At the heart of all of this, the widespread public health erosion of confidence is difficult to stem. Credibility and openness are two foundational principles of modern-day society. Recovery and reconstruction from Covid-19 would be made even more difficult due to the pervasive lack of public confidence. Even though Covid-19 has crippled our healthcare systems, we can repair them. A small number of changes can be done quickly; other changes will take more resources and time. However, it may not be a better time to begin than now...
