Are you ready? Pretty Girls Meditate has a special guest this Sunday.. Lauren Danielle also known as The Hula Empress is a Self-taught Professional Hula Hoop Dancer that found healing through hula hooping. Hula hooping came to Lauren in 2019 when she was going through a difficult time in her life. She was experiencing stress, depression, and an unknown illness. Lauren knew that she had to do something to help her to embrace a new level of healing that she was desperately seeking. After much determination, Lauren was able to heal herself through the healing joy of Hula Hooping (Hula Healing). She now teaches hula healing to others and creates her own line of collapsible Hula Healing Wheels. This Sunday Pretty Girls she will be teaching you..
