Today was one of my favorite times of the year, the Women's Business Forum put on by the Smyrna Business Association. Such great speakers and so inspirational. Back in class again! I'm excited to take another SMRT class which focuses on the hips, low back, and abdomen. This time I am in Kansas City for a 3-day class.
