Babymoon bliss

Filled with slow mornings, locally grown food, sunrises + sunsets, and the best functional gym (hello )

With our girls being born in the middle of the pandemic, this was our first (and last) true baby moon AND we accomplished exactly what we were hoping for- rest, relaxation, and quality time together ( ❤️) before we become a family of 5.

As many of us are, we have been in a season of growth personally and professionally - this little slice of paradise gave us so much space to be. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, we highly suggest

Cravings aren’t random — they’re your body’s way of asking for support. Instead of fighting them, start listening.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here’s what your cravings might be trying to say:
🍫 Chocolate → You may be low in magnesium (especially around your cycle).
🧂 Salty foods → Your adrenals or electrolytes could use a reset.
🍪 Sweets → You might need serotonin, B vitamins, or chromium.
🧀 Cheese → Your body could be craving calcium or balanced fats.
🥩 Red meat → You may need more iron, zinc, or B12.
🥨 Crunchy snacks → Often tied to stress or emotional release.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Your body isn’t broken — it’s communicating. The key is learning how to listen.

Happy Thanksgiving! There’s so much to be grateful for—today and every day.

During our annual Thanksgiving 10K this morning, I found myself reflecting on what a gift it truly is to move. To GET to run. To breathe deeply. To feel strong. Health really is our greatest form of wealth, and I never want to take that for granted.

I’m endlessly thankful for my family, my incredible team at , the patients who trust us with their care, and the opportunity to serve in a way that feels deeply meaningful. And to feel good at 30 weeks pregnant- my heart is extra full. We can’t wait to meet this sweet little guy soon.

Sending you so much love, gratitude, and warmth this holiday season. 🍁✨

I’m the dreamer (Enneagram 7). Cams the realist (Enneagram 6).

In 2019, I jumped headfirst into entrepreneurship and opened with more faith than structure.

In 2022, Cam left his corporate job to join us full time.

Now we’re building something bigger than either of us imagined, both personally and professional. With 5 locations and more on the way - 2026 is going to be a big year.

We will be having our 3rd baby and opening THREE new locations- one has been announced (have you heard?). The others we are keeping quiet for now as we finalize the details.

Entrepreneurship is wild, but doing it together makes every risk worth it.

Some days I feel like I’m crushing it as a business owner and Mom… other days I’m just trying to remember if I ate lunch. Can you relate? 😂

With two kids, a third on the way, a business to run, and a husband who cheers me on every step — I’ve had to learn a few lessons along the way:

1. Presence beats perfection. If I’m home, I’m home. If I’m at work, I’m all in. Whenever I try to do both at the same time- I feel my patience decreasing and productivity impacted.

2. It’s okay to not be great at everything. The laundry might wait. The inbox might be full. Life goes on. My favorite quote has become “let the fires burn”. I’m never caught up and that’s okay.

3. Keep figuring out ways to fill your cup up and feel internally “balanced”. I can’t pour from an empty cup — even 10 quiet minutes in the morning, focusing on deep breathing in the carpool line, reading a few min of a fun book before bed, etc make a difference. Don’t let the external imbalances in your day to day throw off your internal balance

4. Laugh. Always. When things don’t go as planned (and they won’t), find the humor. Life is too short to take it too seriously. Laughter and FUN will always be my best medicine

5. Grace > Guilt. Every season asks for something different. We can’t do it all — but we can do what matters most.

YOU are crushing it up. Keep showing up as your best and that’s enough.

Last year, as a company, we took the second biggest leap of faith to date (the first one being signing a 10 year lease in Atlanta with no business plan 😂).

We made the decision to:
-Go out of state for the first time
-Sign our largest lease
-Hire the best design and build team
-And recruit a full medical + movement team (who is the absolute best)

We didn’t take on capital, we hustled… hard.

There were lots of ups and downs along the way…

But this week when I opened the email with our professional photos (thank you ), I had another one of those WOW we are really doing it moments. I have talked about this before but as an entrepreneur it’s hard to pause and take a moment to embrace how far we have come.

Huge shout out to for believing in our mission and moving to Nashville to oversee the venture and our amazing medical team and for leading our incredible movement team

It would not be possible without our amazing team and I am forever grateful.

Know someone in Nashville? Tag or share this with them. We’d love to have them come by and say hi!

…. And in case you are wondering there is another coming soon 😉

Tallinn holds a special place in our hearts. The girls got to see both houses Grandma grew up in AND they got their Estonian citizenship.

This is our second time going and highly recommend. Book a spot in old town and just get lost in the cobble streets. So much character and history in between those walls.

Until next time Estonia 💙🇪🇪

Small daily practices can create big shifts over time to our nervous system- after all my favorite quote is “little by little a little becomes a lot” (plug in for ). Your nervous system thrives when you prioritize rest, nourishment, and regulation. Which of these are part of your routine—or which are you excited to try?
