Brandi is an essential part of the PCI team, always showing professionalism, skill, and compassion. She excels in her Triage role, handling the fast-paced environment with confidence.

Recently, Brandi responded quickly when a patient had a syncopal episode. She assessed the situation and called for additional support, ensuring the patient remained stable before transport to the ER. This isn't a one-time occurrence; Brandi manages urgent situations with the same urgency and professionalism every time. Her commitment to patient care and teamwork makes her deserving of Employee of the Week.

March is Multiple Myeloma Awareness Month. As a team dedicated to hematologic cancers, we are shining a light on this complex blood cancer.
Key facts to know:
✅ It is the 2nd most common blood cancer.
✅ It affects plasma cells in the bone marrow.
✅ Early detection is key - look out for persistent bone pain (especially in the back, ribs, or hips), extreme fatigue/weakness from anemia, and frequent infections.
While it remains incurable, significant advances in immunotherapy and targeted therapy mean it is more manageable than ever before. We are committed to providing the latest treatments and unwavering support to our patients.

We also proudly celebrate the many other women across PCI who bring their talents, leadership, and commitment to our core values of compassion, community, integrity, and innovation every day. Thank you all!

HPV is common, affecting 4 out of 5 people at some point in their lives. It doesn’t discriminate by age, gender, or background. By normalizing the conversation, we reduce the stigma that prevents people from seeking life-saving care. Let’s stop the "viral secret" and start the dialogue.
