Lisa demonstrated our core value of by proposing a plan to improve nurse efficiency, enhance patient education, and ultimately support better patient outcomes through the creation of an instructional video that teaches patients how to disconnect their chemotherapy pumps at home. Having a visual resource for patients to watch and follow along with will further strengthen our educational materials and promote more effective learning. Congrats Lisa!

Congrats to Denise for her . She recently demonstrated exemplary compassion with a caregiver who was struggling with the patient’s status and transition. The caregiver expressed strong emotions—frustration, anger, and sadness—while Denise listened patiently, and skillfully guided the conversation toward a positive and constructive outcome. By the end of the interaction, the caregiver felt heard and had a clear understanding of the next steps our staff would take to ensure the best care for the patient and family. It’s wonderful to watch our staff delivering extraordinary care!
