No one person’s fitness/weightloss/wellness journey is linear. No one persons recovery from injury or sickness is linear. There will be bumps in the road, set backs, and times when you feel hopeless.

🍴Yogurt Bowl (current hyperfixation breakfast)
🍴Rice cake + banana snack (will never go out of style)
🍴Kale salad + shrimp (please eat more of your greens, thanks 🙂)
🍴Ground turkey + green beans (effective)
🍴Salmon patty + green beans (makes me feel like I’m having a burger patty 😂)
