As a DOT Urine Drug Collector you are responsible for conducting federally regulated urine drug collections in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations (49 CFR Part 40). These services are required for safety-sensitive employees regulated by DOT agencies such as FMCSA, FAA, FTA, PHMSA, FRA, and USCG.

DOT Urine Drug Collectors provide the following services:
1. DOT Urine Drug Collections
Perform observed and unobserved urine collections following strict DOT chain-of-custody procedures
Ensure donor identity verification and proper specimen handling
Maintain specimen integrity to prevent tampering or adulteration
Complete all required DOT paperwork accurately and compliantly

2. Regulated DOT Testing Programs
Collectors may conduct urine collections for:
Pre-Employment Testing
Random Drug Testing
Post-Accident Testing
Reasonable Suspicion Testing
Return-to-Duty Testing
Follow-Up Testing

3. Chain of Custody Management
Proper completion of the Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form (CCF)
Secure packaging and sealing of specimens
Documentation and transfer of specimens to DOT-certified laboratories

4. On-Site & Mobile Collection Services
Provide on-site collections at employer locations, terminals, job sites, or offices
Offer mobile collection services, reducing downtime and increasing compliance for employers
