Gotta love my full moon insomnia ✨❣️ — I actually feel gratitude for these nights because they remind me I am truly grounded. When I sense HER 🌕 magnetic energy amid the whirlwind of daily ✨ vibes, thoughts, responsibilities, and wild 🤪 distractions, it deepens my connection to my inner self.

Self-care, to me, is about sacred self-reflection—especially during this Corn 🌽 moon. I believe in honoring introspection and cultivating a protective energy field to nurture my spirit. These quiet nights are a blessing, a chance to listen within and embrace the divine light guiding me through every challenge and celebration.

🌟✨ What a beautiful day it was! I had the incredible opportunity to teach a corporate yoga session for a wedding party, and I can honestly say it was one of the most joyous experiences. The atmosphere was filled with love and happiness as the bride and her crew radiated pure joy, which inspired everyone around them.

Teaching yoga in the midst of such celebration felt magical—it’s amazing how movement can connect us not just to our bodies, but also to our spirits and the love that surrounds us. Each pose we flowed through was infused with the energy of their special day, making it a truly unique experience.

I believe that yoga has a way of building connections, and seeing the laughter and camaraderie among the wedding party was a testament to that. May their marriage be blessed with the same love and joy that filled the room today. Here’s to love, connection, and the power of mindfulness! 🧘‍♀️❤️🙏

This weekend, I had the most incredible and transformative experience with a combination of Yoga and Travel. We delved into the depths of meditation, connecting with our inner selves, and even had the opportunity to interact with the power of the Divine, guided by the knowledgeable Sheila Ewers. The power of breath and life force within us is truly boundless, allowing us to journey within and release anything that no longer serves us. Although words and pictures cannot capture the profound energy and release we experienced during meditation and pranayama , I would like to share some moments from this enriching adventure. From the bottom of my heart, I express my sincere gratitude to Sheila and all the amazing individuals who joined us. You have become a part of my extended family, and I am forever grateful for the connections we made on this awe-inspiring journey!

How do I take control of your life in a positive and spiritual way involves a holistic approach that entails mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Here are some steps you can take to get started:

1. Start with positive affirmations: Begin each day with positive affirmations that will help you to focus on what you want to achieve. Examples of affirmations could be "I am worthy and deserving of success", "I radiate positivity and love", or "I attract abundance and prosperity".

2. Practice gratitude: Gratitude is an important aspect of spiritual growth and personal well-being. Take time each day to appreciate the good things in your life. You can start by writing down three things you are grateful for each day.
