Soulistic Essentials

Hi Beautiful Soul,

I hope this season has been treating you gently and filling your days with warmth. I’ve been thinking of you and wanted to share something special.

I’m excited to announce that I recently welcomed my sweet baby Soraya into the world. As I settle into this new chapter of motherhood, I’ve also been reconnecting with the things I love; which are being in service, healing and supporting others.

A Gentle Return

With that said, I’m slowly easing back into work, and Soulistic Essentials is officially beginning its soft reopening!

This means I am now offering limited sessions for the month of December. If you’ve been thinking about reconnecting I would love to hold that space for you again.



And as we look ahead, I’m excited to share that Soulistic Essentials will be fully open starting in January! A new year is such a powerful time to step into the changes you’ve been craving. I would love to support you in starting the year with clarity and intention. Let’s make 2026 a year of becoming your best self!

When I created Soulistic Essentials, I envisioned a space where people could access healing resources designed specifically for us. My approach is similar to sisters gathering for tea or family reconnecting after time apart. While this may be unfamiliar in the world of mental health in this country, I am reaching back to the ways our ancestors healed 👩🏾‍🌾👩🏾‍🏫🤴🏾🫅🏾🧙🏾‍♀️🐞leaning on community, honoring individual gifts and talents, and embracing the power of spirituality, wisdom, culture, and the fruits of the land. This is what holistic wellness means to me, and I look forward to building a community that reflects this vision.

If you know me then you know I am always on the hunt for organic seeded whole foods. Yesterday at the farmers market I picked up some grapes, watermelon, oranges, chickpeas, key limes, tomatoes, mangoes and my fav okra!!
