Healthy Habit #5
Diet

Your diet or eating habits are one of the most important things when it comes to your body.
It can benefit or harm you. Lack of energy and sleepy all the time it's most likely due to your diet. Swelling and inflammation also a result of poor dieting. I know that we all have a hard time eating healthy but it's a way of life not a suggestion or option. I have family that suffer from Gout and other health problems but it all could be resolved with a change in eating habits. You are what you consume so the more living foods such as fruits and vegetables you eat the more alive you are. I'm not telling anyone to stop eating meat but look at it like this if you are what you eat and meat is dead when you consume it that means we are ingesting death into our bodies. Also for the snack heads take time to really read exactly what you are eating because most of these foods have no type of nutrients and are made with chemicals. Dont forget that excercising is a part of your diet so take that serious as well.

Here are some diet changes that could help everyone and I also follow these tips.

More Veggies and Fruit
Less Meat
Less unhealthy snacks
Healthy snacks(trail mix,banana chips,ect.)
Exercise
Drink Tea

Exercise

This is a very important habit no matter the age, size, or health conditions. Excercising is one of the best ways to help the body sweat and release toxins from within the body. It also helps with stress, anxiety, and can relieve tension.
You dont need a gym to exercise push ups/pull ups/planks/and other techniques can be performed as needed. The more your body is productive it can provide the energy you need daily. Here is more info on what exercise can do for the body.
