Our Semi-Privates & Private Sessions are where classical equipment meets personalized attention. In each class, you’ll work on the Reformer and Tower using the support and resistance of the springs to build strength, control, and mobility. The spring system creates both challenge and assistance, helping you move with precision while developing deep, functional strength.
We also incorporate a range of small props to support the work and meet each body where it is, including hand weights, the Pilates ring, small balls, resistance bands, stability poles, and ankle weights. Each piece is chosen with intention to enhance alignment, add feedback, or deepen the challenge.
With only 3 guests per Semi-Private Class or 1 guest per Private Session, you receive individualized guidance and thoughtful programming, combining the feel of a private session with the energy of a small group.
