TL:DR - there is ALWAYS enough time to improve and MOVE!
I’m at a work conference til 9:00pm tonight. We’re on a 10 minute break and I decided to jump into the hotel gym to try my very FIRST reverse deadmill.
What’s that you ask? Get on a treadmill, turn around and walk backwards while the treadmill is off for 2 minutes (or challenge yourself and see how long you can go!)
IT KICKED MY BUTT and felt amazing for my knees.
I’ve been following for over a year and a half now and I want to kick myself for waiting so long to try this one! is the real deal and I’m ready to go all in.
More importantly, this is a VERY busy weekend...but there’s always time in the day to improve at something. Today that’s 2 minutes of movement as opposed to 2 minutes of social media, TV, video games, sitting on my butt, etc.
What’s your 2 minutes (or more) look like? Where could you squeeze in that something that you feel like you just don’t have time for? What’s that one thing you want but seems so far out of reach?
Make time for your goals, be consistent, hold yourself accountable and you WILL accomplish them! 💪
