Arthritis Foundation Massachusetts

Arthritis Foundation Massachusetts We're committed to leading the fight against arthritis by helping the arthritis community conquer everyday battles while forging the path to a cure!

The Arthritis Foundation (www.arthritis.org) leads the way in helping people with arthritis live better today and create better tomorrows through new treatments, better access and, ultimately, cures. We do this by:

• Funding life-changing research that has restored mobility in patients for more than six decades
• Fighting for health care policies that improve the lives of the millions of Americans with arthritis
• Partnering with families to provide empowering programs and information

As the nation’s largest private funder of research, public health programs and advocacy on behalf of the 50 million Americans with this painful disease, the Arthritis Foundation aims to reduce the number of people suffering from arthritis-related physical activity limitations by 20 percent by 2030.

Chef Michael Symon’s no granulated sugar pumpkin pie might just become your new holiday tradition. Made with maple syrup for natural sweetness and a pop of orange zest, this recipe delivers that classic pumpkin pie taste — without the sugar overload.

Chef Symon says it may be “the most pumpkiny pumpkin pie you ever taste” — and we believe him!

🥦 Eat well, move well! 🥦

A balanced diet isn’t just good for your body — it can help manage arthritis, too. Here are three ways food can support your joints:

1️⃣ Reduce inflammation: Omega-3s & antioxidants help ease stiffness and pain.
2️⃣ Support a healthy weight: Less stress on your joints means more mobility.
3️⃣ Strengthen bones & muscles: Key nutrients keep you strong and stable.
