Last weekend, our meditation program offered practical techniques to reduce stress, including guided meditations and mindfulness exercises. Participants explored ways to find inner peace through present moment awareness & loving-kindness. They also learned how to cultivate mindfulness in their daily lives, and understanding impermanence of perception to let negative thoughts go.

From our hearts, thank you to everyone who joined and supported our meditation program this weekend. It was a joy to share these practices with you all. Your presence made the weekend truly special. Your commitment to inner peace is truly inspiring.

On Friday, November 08, in Marietta, Georgia, we had another successful episode of the "Meditate With A Monk" meditation series with 101 participants.
