Carmen shared, “My Signature Crafting Style - Mine is easy to spot because it contains some elements of painting principles. I’m drawn to symmetry, balance of color, and movement, all of which come naturally when working with Anna Griffin’s beautiful floral and Perfect Palette colors—soft and muted for feminine or baby cards, rich and vibrant for masculine ones. I can never resist foiled flourishes, and I almost always use frames to “contain” my design, which has the hallmark of my style. For this card, the solid Concentric Layer created a soft frame, and the narrow oval rose layer was perfect for highlighting the “Birthday Wishes.” I made a small horizontal sentiment tag with calligraphy that echoes my own signature, keeping the whole design cohesive and unmistakably mine.”
