🌴Retreat Update + New Location Announcement🥥

After thoughtful consideration, we’ve decided to relocate our Full Body Yes: Shake & Yoga Retreat from Cartagena to Tulum, Mexico, and shift the dates from February to April 2-7, 2026. Recent updates to U.S. travel advisories and the current global climate made us feel that moving the retreat was the most aligned choice to ensure our community feels safe, grounded, and fully able to say a true full-body yes to the experience.

We’re incredibly excited about this new setting. Our Tulum retreat will offer the same transformational programming—Shake Rising, yoga, ceremony, nourishing meals, and community—now set in a lush jungle villa minutes from the beach and designed for rest, movement, and deep integration.
