Start the new year with deep restoration. Join Octavia Nasr for a 90-minute experience blending grounding Yin Yoga with a replenishing Yoga Nidra journey — a practice designed to balance your energy, calm your mind, and realign your chi as you step into 2026 with clarity and ease.

We’ll open with slow, supported yin shapes to release tension and create spaciousness, then settle into extended Yoga Nidra for full-body relaxation and nervous-system reset.

Props included. Bring your mat if you prefer your own, and feel free to bring a cozy blanket for added comfort.
