EVERYDAY I work on my mindset. Why?

🔸️Because childhood trauma programmed my mind to be my worst enemy.
🔸️Because if I don't, mental illness will consume me.
🔸️Because I'm worthy of a happy, fulfilling, purposeful life!

Ever since I started looking inward for answers and guidance my life has improved tremendously. I am happier, calmer, more compassionate and understanding, but most importantly, AT PEACE!

Like so many others, I've struggled with mental illness starting in childhood. I am a survivor, just like YOU! If no one has told you lately, I love you and am grateful for your presence. Keep going because the world needs your light.
