Here's a quick view of the birth affirmation cards I created to fill mom with positive energy during labor & birth. LOL, sometimes we read these cards over and over, sometimes we use them as personal fans to keep mom cool.... either way they come in handy!

What is a placenta encapsulation?

Placenta encapsulation is the process where the placenta is turned into a powder form and put into pill capsules to be ingested postpartum.

I include this colorful flyer for moms to use as a reminder and to make sure this is placed on their nightstand or an area close to where the capsules are placed. In the beginning, things can easily become hectic and I wanted to use colors that would pop!

Moms, please share your experience with taking placenta capsules!
