Flossing is important because it removes plaque and food from places your toothbrush can’t reach. Not flossing can cause gum disease and cavities between your teeth. Daily flossing is one of the easiest ways to keep your smile healthy. If you need help with your routine, please call us at (404) 261-0909.

Are you still using that toothbrush from six months ago? We recommend changing your toothbrush every three months. Swap it out sooner if the bristles look frayed or if you’ve been sick. Worn-out bristles are less effective at cleaning and can cause gum irritation. Keep your brushing routine fresh and schedule your semiannual checkup with us at (404) 261-0909.

Did you know some foods can naturally support dental health? Crunchy fruits and veggies like apples, carrots, and celery help remove plaque and stimulate saliva to neutralize acids. Cheese also strengthens enamel by balancing pH and providing calcium.

Although these foods can give your smile a boost, remember that brushing twice a day and flossing daily are essential! Have questions? Call us at (404) 261-0909.

Eat crunchy fruits and vegetables, as well as dairy products like cheese and yogurt, and drink plenty of water to help strengthen your teeth and maintain your mouth's health. On the other hand, try to limit sugary snacks, sticky candies, and acidic drinks like soda and citrus juice, which can weaken enamel and lead to cavities. A tooth-friendly diet supports a healthy smile from the inside out! 😁🥕

Thinking about improving your smile but not sure whether to go with veneers or crowns? Don’t worry – we’ve got your back! Veneers are thin shells that bond to the front of your teeth and are perfect for correcting chips, stains, or slight misalignments. Crowns, on the other hand, cover the entire tooth and are often used when there is more damage or decay. Both can dramatically enhance your smile, but the best option depends on your needs. Want us to break it down further? Call us at (404) 261-0909.
