False! Mouthwash can support oral health by helping reduce bacteria, strengthen enamel, and promote gum health. It's most effective when used as part of a complete routine that includes brushing and flossing. It's NOT a substitute for brushing or flossing. Different mouthwashes serve different purposes, so choosing the right one matters. Want to learn more? Call (404) 261-0909 with individual questions or concerns.

It happens – you arrive at your destination and realize your toothbrush is sitting at home. Until you can get a replacement, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after eating and use a clean, damp cloth or your finger to gently wipe away plaque from tooth surfaces. Avoid using hotel toothbrushes that aren’t sealed or individually wrapped. Need more travel dental tips? Contact us at (404) 261-0909.
