The Oral Hygiene Instruction Recare System was designed by a Registered Dental
Hygienist to ensure quality recordkeeping and excellent home care. The system is composed of the OHI Sheet designed to provide key descriptors for Hygienist to mark instead of hand writing treatment record or utilized as a backup system for those who have paperless systems. The sheet is accompanied by a tent card that goes home with the patient explaining homecare with pictures of most commonly recommended dental aids. Together the OHI Sheet & Card provide greatness in oral healthcare. The OHI Card is sold separately with many uses in and out of the dentist office. Use the OHI Card at community health fairs, nursing home facilities, and school screenings.

The OHI Card Co. was back in the community @ Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church Day of Love event giving Daily Oral Care Screenings (DOCS) and personalizing OHI Cards providing personalized oral care routines. We did over 60 DOCS!!!! Thanks greatly to Pippa-RDH, Natasha Bailey, my aunt Denise, my beautiful mom Delores Butler and my bestie Kristi Williams. Love you guys I won’t ever forget it!
