It’s important to have a positive work-life balance, especially during difficult times. ✨ Here are 5 tips to maintain a healthy work-life balance while dealing with life-altering changes:

1️⃣ Take breaks throughout the day to give yourself time to reflect and relax.
2️⃣ Set boundaries and stick to them to ensure work doesn't take over.
3️⃣ Prioritize and focus on tasks that bring the most value.
4️⃣ Don't be afraid to ask for help and support from those around you.
5️⃣ Be aware of when you’re approaching burnout and take action to prevent it.
