Easy Pose-sit on the floor cross legs into the mid shin and rest hands on the thighs
Auspicious Pose-place sole of foot against opposite thigh, feet are symmetrical
Chair Pose-sit on the front of the seat, knees straight, feet flat on floor
Bench Pose-kneel on the floor, place bench under rear keeping thighs parallel to hips.

Recipe-Breakfast

Cashew & Oat Hotcakes: Place 2 cups old fashioned oats, ½ cup raw cashews, 1 dash of salt and 1 tsp cinnamon in food processor or blender pulse until coarsely ground. Add 1 egg, 1 Tbsp. melted coconut oil, 1 1.3 cups of water and 1 tsp vanilla extract, pulse until well blended. Add water if batter is super thick. Spoon ¼ cup batter into medium nonstick heated skillet, coated with spray. Cook over medium heat. Cook 1 to 2 minutes until bubbles form on top. Flip and cook for 3o seconds.
Makes 10 servings. Serve 2 each.
