Responsibilities:

-receive and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, obtain necessary patient information to file and update patient records, and ensure all forms and consents are completed by patients

-bill out insurance claims, and follow up with claims reimbursements

-collect payments from patients

High school diploma or GED required. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and external parties in a courteous, timely manner. Must be organized and be able to maintain confidentiality.
