Pediatric Nurse (RN/LPN) – Part-Time Evening Hours

Faith Medical Services is currently seeking a compassionate and patient Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care for pediatric clients in a home setting.

Position Details
This is a part-time opportunity with late afternoon to evening shifts. All cases are 4-hour shifts, typically starting at 3:00 PM and ending by 7:00 PM, with some shifts extending no later than 8:00 PM.

Client Locations
Fairburn, Atlanta, College Park, and Tyrone, GA

Patient Population
Pediatric clients with varying diagnoses. Specific care needs will be discussed prior to placement.

Responsibilities
Provide quality nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
Follow individualized care plans and physician orders
Monitor and document patient condition and progress
Communicate effectively with families and care team
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for each client

Requirements
Active RN or LPN license in the state of Georgia
Pediatric experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical and assessment skills
Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Faith Medical Services is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to complete weekly RN Oversight visits for individuals receiving services through our agency.

This is a great opportunity for flexible, supplemental income. Visits are conducted once per week, in person, and pay $50 per completed visit.
(Visits are typically 20-30 mins)

RN Oversight visits include:

• Reviewing the individual’s overall health status and noting any changes
• Ensuring services are delivered according to the ISP
• Observing the environment for safety and compliance
• Reviewing medication administration and health-related supports
• Completing required documentation (date, time, location, and RN signature)
Our case management team will assist with scheduling and coordination to make the process smooth and efficient.

We currently have clients in need of RN Oversight in the following areas:
Acworth, Macon, Dallas, Atlanta, Ellenwood, Marietta, Decatur, Columbus, Covington, Barnesville, and Locust Grove

The individual requires consistent skilled nursing support, including:
• G‑tube feedings and scheduled water flushes
• Seizure monitoring and safety precautions
• Respiratory support, including nebulizer treatments and ensuring rescue inhaler availability
• CPT vest therapy as ordered
• Medication administration per provider orders
• Skin integrity monitoring, repositioning, and personal care
• ROM assistance and mobility support
• Engagement in daily activities with gentle prompting and support
The care plan focuses on maintaining comfort, safety, and quality of life within the home.
