Are you caring for a medically fragile child? Faith Medical Services is here to support you.

We are inviting GAPP clients and families to apply with Faith Medical Services. Parents of medically fragile children can receive a free assessment to determine whether their child may qualify for home care services through the GAPP waiver.

Depending on eligibility and relevant program policies, parents may also qualify to work with their child as a caregiver. If the client is awarded nursing services, we will hire a qualified nurse to care for your child and support your family.

Schedule:

Monday–Saturday availability
